You may return any items (excluding earrings)* that you are not happy with within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (Overseas) Returns received outside of the above timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Rojers Jewellery.
Items must be returned as received, unworn in their original packaging with the proof of purchase.
We advise that you return all items by Recorder Delivery as we do not accept responsibility for items unless signed for by a Rojers Jewellery staff member.
All returns will be acknowledged by email and processed within 10 working days.
Refunds will be processed back to the method of payment and may take up to 5 days to appear in your account.

*Rojers Jewellery does not accept the return of earrings unless faulty due to reasons of hygiene and this does not affect your statutory rights.
