Items that we consider to have been worn (including earrings), mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited. Any further returns of items outside the stated terms will be refunded as a credit note at the discretion of Rojers Jewellery.
Items must be returned as received, unworn in their original packaging with the proof of purchase.
We advise that you return all items by tracked and signed for delivery, with proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items unless signed for by a Rojers Jewellery staff member.
All returns will be acknowledged by email and processed within 10 working days.
Refunds will be processed back to the method of payment and may take up to 5 days to appear in your account.

*Rojers Jewellery does not accept the return of earrings unless faulty due to reasons of hygiene and this does not affect your statutory rights.
